CARJOR's activity is the production and commercialisation of knit articles for baby and child. The range of articles that are produced include:

- Wool, cotton and wool and cotton mixture feminine / masculine sweaters and jackets;
- Wool, cotton and wool and cotton mixture baby suits and costumes;
- Wool, cotton and wool and cotton mixture gloves, caps, blankets and other accessories.

The execution complexity at the programming, cut, manufacturing and finish levels are constant characteristics of the produced article. The articles have a complex manufacturing that demands competencies and equipment barely replicated in the whole.
